Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a senior engineer who can own features end-to-end - from database schema to user interface. You will work on multiple client products, move fast without breaking things, and be comfortable pushing back when a requirement does not make sense.

Responsibilities

• -Design and implement full-stack features across React/Next.js frontends and Node.js/Python backends
• -Make architectural decisions on new client projects, with accountability for the outcome
• -Write and maintain automated tests at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
• -Participate in code reviews and hold the codebase to a consistent standard
• -Communicate directly with clients during delivery - written and verbal
• -Contribute to internal tooling and engineering practices

Requirements

• -5+ years of professional software development experience
• -Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, and at least one backend runtime (Node.js or Python)
• -Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and basic query optimisation
• -Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS or GCP)
• -Ability to scope work, estimate timelines, and flag blockers early
• -Strong written English - you will communicate async with international clients

Nice to Have

• ○Experience with Next.js App Router and server components
• ○Kubernetes or infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform)
• ○Background working at a product company or fast-moving agency
• ○Open source contributions
