We are a small, focused team of engineers, designers, and ML practitioners who believe that software quality and business outcomes are the same thing.
Our Story
HeapiFy started in 2025 when two engineers - frustrated by the gap between what clients were promised and what got delivered - decided to build the kind of agency they would want to hire.
The name is a programming metaphor: a heap is a data structure that always keeps the highest-priority element accessible. That is the commitment - your most critical problems get our best thinking, not our most junior team members.
Today we work with startups raising their first rounds and enterprises running their most complex systems. The common thread is that our clients trust us with the work that matters - and we take that seriously.
What We Believe
Engineering rigour is non-negotiable.
We build systems we would be comfortable operating at 3am. That means legible code, thorough tests, clear documentation, and architecture that reflects how the system will actually be used. Good enough is not a standard we accept.
Honest over comfortable.
We tell clients when a feature is a bad idea, when scope is under-estimated, and when something will cause operational problems in six months. A relationship built on accurate information lasts longer than one built on reassurance.
Ownership, not hand-offs.
The same people who scope the project build it and support it. No bait-and-switch, no anonymous delivery team, no account manager translating between you and the engineers. Direct accountability at every stage.
Small, not headcount-driven.
We have stayed deliberately small. A focused team of excellent engineers, not a large operation optimised for utilisation. When your project is active, it has our full attention - not a fraction of it.
