How do you price projects?

We offer three engagement models: fixed-price for well-scoped projects, time-and-materials for exploratory or evolving work, and dedicated team for ongoing product development. We scope projects in a paid discovery sprint before committing to a fixed price - this protects both sides.

What is your typical project timeline?

A focused MVP typically runs 8–14 weeks depending on scope and complexity. Larger enterprise projects run 3–6 months. We work in two-week sprints with clear deliverables and weekly progress calls, so you always know where the project stands.

Do you sign NDAs and IP assignment agreements?

Yes. All engagements include a mutual NDA before any project details are shared. Upon project completion, full intellectual property is assigned to you. We retain no rights to code, designs, or data developed during the engagement.

Do you only work with clients in India?

Accepted Answer

No - roughly 60% of our clients are based outside India. We work across time zones and have established async-first processes to support clients in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

What happens after the project is delivered?

We offer structured post-launch support packages: a 90-day warranty period at no charge for bug fixes, followed by optional retainer-based support for feature development and maintenance. Many clients continue as long-term partners.

What is the minimum project size you take on?

We generally take on engagements starting around a 6-week discovery-plus-build scope. Smaller one-off tasks are usually a better fit for a freelancer; we are built for projects that need sustained engineering ownership.

Do you work with early-stage startups, or only established companies?

Accepted Answer

Both. Roughly half our client base is pre-Series A startups building their first production system; the other half is established companies modernizing or extending an existing platform. The discovery sprint looks the same either way - we scope to what actually exists today.

Can you work with our existing codebase, or do you only build from scratch?

Most of our engagements involve an existing codebase - greenfield builds are the exception, not the rule. The discovery sprint includes a codebase and architecture review before we scope any new work, so estimates account for what is actually there.

What technologies do you specialize in?

Our core stack is React/Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js and Python on the backend, PostgreSQL for relational data, and AWS/GCP for infrastructure. How do you ensure code quality and security?

Every engagement includes automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), mandatory code review, and CI/CD quality gates before anything reaches production. Security-sensitive projects additionally get dependency scanning and a pre-launch penetration test scoped to the application.

Can you sign our company's own vendor or master service agreement?

Yes. While we have our own standard MSA, we regularly work under a client-supplied agreement - our legal review typically takes 2-3 business days and does not hold up the discovery sprint.
