Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

1. Our Commitment

We want heapifytech.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom. Accessibility is something we build in as we go, not a checklist we run once - this statement describes what's actually implemented today, and we'll keep it updated as the site changes.

2. What We've Built In

  • Semantic HTML and landmark structure throughout (headings, nav, main, footer)
  • Visible focus outlines on every interactive element when navigating by keyboard
  • Descriptive labels on icon-only controls, like the mobile menu toggle
  • Labelled breadcrumb navigation on every content page
  • A color palette checked for text contrast as part of the site's design system
  • Alt text handling for images rendered from blog post content

3. Known Limitations

This is an ongoing effort, not a certification. We haven't run a full third-party audit against WCAG conformance levels, and some interactive components (like the FAQ accordion) haven't been tested against every screen reader and browser combination. If you hit a barrier, we want to know about it.

4. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any difficulty accessing content or using any part of this website, please contact us at hello@heapifytech.com. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll look into it.
